Dr. Kevin McLaughlin, DC

Hi, I’m Dr. Kevin McLaughlin, proud owner of Complete Chiropractic Sports and Wellness. Originally from Shenandoah Junction, WV, I’ve called the Triangle home since 2012. That same year, I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic and opened this practice with one goal in mind: to help people heal naturally, holistically, and fully.

My approach to care is comprehensive. I specialize in a range of advanced techniques, including Cranial Facial Release, Spinal Decompression, Dry Needling, Shockwave Therapy, and Cold Laser Therapy. Whether it’s TMJ relief, cranial work, or treatment for extremities, my goal is always to treat the body as a whole—addressing the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Chiropractic care is more than a profession for me—it’s a calling. I’ve always been passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle and giving back to my community. Helping patients feel better, move better, and live better is what truly fulfills me. At every visit, my promise is to give 100% and support your individual health goals with care and integrity.

Outside of the clinic, I love playing golf, staying active, listening to music, and spending time outdoors. I’m also a proud dad to two amazing kids, River and Aria, who light up my world and keep life joyful at home.
