Trusted chiropractic care for Raleigh

About 25–30 minutes (18–20 miles) west on I-40 from our South Durham office

An easy I-40 run from Raleigh to South Durham

The drive from Raleigh is more straightforward than the distance suggests. Our office sits just off I-40 in South Durham, near The Streets at Southpoint, where Durham, Wake, and Chatham counties meet — so the trip is one clean highway run, not a cross-town slog. From Brier Creek or southwest Raleigh you’re already on our side of the city and can be here quickly; from North Hills, the Village District, or Five Points, Wade Avenue drops you onto I-40 West and it’s roughly 25 to 30 minutes to Exit 276 and a short hop down Fayetteville Road. There’s free parking right at the door, so a visit fits neatly around a downtown workday.

Care built for how Raleigh works and plays

Raleigh is a city of professionals and students, and the patients we see from there reflect it. Downtown and state-government desk workers come in for neck pain, tension headaches, and the rounded posture that long screen days produce — the kind of thing routine adult chiropractic care and Active Release Technique are built to address. On the active side, NC State students, the crowd around PNC Arena, and Raleigh’s run clubs and rec leagues bring us overuse injuries and sports strains, where our athlete and sports care is aimed at keeping you in the game rather than on the sidelines.

Whole-family, multi-doctor care

Raleigh’s a growing-family town, and we treat the whole household. Expecting moms can get Webster-technique and prenatal care, kids get gentle visits, and for stubborn disc-related sciatica and low-back pain we offer spinal decompression therapy right here. Spend enough time on I-40 and the Beltline and a fender-bender is almost inevitable — if you’re dealing with whiplash after a crash, our auto accident care can help you recover. Our team of five chiropractors has cared for the Triangle since 2012, so you get real range under one roof. Book an appointment online, see what to expect on our new patients page, or call (919) 205-9762.

Local, trusted care

Why Raleigh chooses Complete Chiropractic Sports & Wellness

Raleigh runs on its professionals — downtown offices, the state-government corridor, and the tech employers spread between the city and RTP. A lot of our Raleigh patients spend their days at a keyboard and their commute on I-40, and that combination is exactly what drives the stiff neck, tension headaches, and rounded-shoulder posture we treat week in and week out.

It's also a serious sports and student town. With NC State, the crowds and athletes around PNC Arena, and a deep bench of rec leagues, run clubs, and weekend warriors, we see plenty of Raleigh athletes and active twenty-somethings for the strains, tweaks, and overuse injuries that come with staying competitive.

Brier Creek and southwest Raleigh sit right on our side of the city, so for those neighborhoods we're genuinely close — often closer than fighting across town. Even from North Hills or the Village District, Wade Avenue drops you straight onto I-40 West and the drive is a clean, predictable run with no surface-street maze at the other end.

Raleigh is full of growing families, and we care for the whole household under one roof. That means gentle pediatric visits for active kids, prenatal and Webster-technique care for expecting moms, and steady wellness adjustments for the parents keeping the whole schedule moving — backed by a team of five chiropractors who've served the Triangle since 2012.
